Fendi Human Resources Intern

- Lead a business‑oriented project to enhance newcomer onboarding and digitalise HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Participate actively in employee induction and onboarding activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of the induction programme.
- Support HR reporting (FTE, joiners, leavers, promotions, transfers, absenteeism, payroll cost) and contribute to HR KPI tracking and analysis.
- Administer joiner and leaver processes, assist with payroll process activities and ensure accurate completion of HR systems and employee files.
- Maintain and organise digital and physical employee records and update organisational charts within HR systems.
- Support recruitment operations: post and update job adverts, remove listings, screen candidate profiles, schedule and confirm interviews.
- Assist HR team with ad‑hoc recruitment projects for store openings and pop‑ups and perform other reasonable duties as required.
- Identify and implement digital solutions to streamline HR administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency linked to onboarding.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields are eligible).
- Fluent English (verbal and written) is required.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external candidates.

Entry‑level: candidate may be at an early stage of their HR career. Previous experience in a Human Resources department or HR internship is considered a plus but is not mandatory.
