1. Actively participate in the employee induction program and onboarding activities.
2. Support the HR Associate in completing various HR reports, including FTE, joiners, leavers, promotions, transfers, absenteeism, and payroll costs.
3. Assist with the joiner and leaver processes for all employees.
4. Efficiently maintain digital and physical employee files, complete HR systems, and update organizational charts.
5. Participate in payroll process activities.
6. Engage actively in the recruitment process by posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
7. Support the HR Associate in screening candidate profiles.
8. Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects for store openings and pop-up stores, including scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
9. Leverage digital technologies to improve HR processes, transform day-to-day administrative operations, and enhance efficiency in newcomer onboarding and HR administrative processes.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
2. Previous experience in a Human Resources Department is considered a plus
3. Fluent English; another European language is a plus

1. Tech-savvy with strong IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)

3. Strong relationship and teamwork skills

5. Confident, organized, and professional demeanor
6. Highly proactive, anticipative, responsive, and reactive
7. Creative problem-solving ability
8. Goal-oriented approach with multitasking and prioritization capabilities
9. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry
10. Good knowledge of UK labor legislation is an advantage

Beginner level experience in Human Resources is preferred.
