1. Support administrative activities related to payroll management, social declarations, and invoicing.
2. Learn and manage monthly workforce reports and other ad-hoc employee and company data analyses.
3. Participate in and manage the recruitment of junior profiles and temporary staff, building a robust talent pool.
4. Revamp and implement the onboarding process for the retail network, tailored to market needs and varying seniority levels.
5. Proactively propose new formats and activities with an innovative perspective.
6. Administer the VIE process and coordinate projects related to employee satisfaction, rewards, new tool implementation, attendance records, and new policy development.

1. Currently enrolled in higher education (Bachelor's or Master's level).
2. Previous experience in human resources tasks is appreciated.

3. Strong influence and ease in liaising with multiple partners within the organization.
4. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Beginner level experience in human resources is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
