Fendi HR Manager

- Oversee the recruitment process, including needs assessment, candidate profiling, selection, and offer management for all positions within assigned business areas.
- Manage internal mobility processes and collaborate with external recruitment vendors to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Partner with department heads to align organizational structure with business needs and strategies.
- Ensure optimal talent allocation through effective human capital management in office departments and stores.
- Support the HR Director in managing labor-related issues and developing preventive actions and guidelines.
- Facilitate annual performance appraisals and compensation reviews in collaboration with the HR Director.
- Coordinate corporate training nominations and develop training programs to support organizational development.
- Assist the Retail Training Manager in implementing training for retail personnel from an HR perspective.
- Prepare recruiting and training budgets and handle internal communications in collaboration with headquarters.
- Manage general affairs related to office equipment, supplies, and employee welfare and safety.
- Lead and manage HR projects and ad hoc tasks.
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in the retail industry or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and urgency
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Native-level Japanese and advanced English proficiency
A minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, preferably within the retail sector, with a solid understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
