Fendi HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist

- Manage regional payroll cost controlling and forecasting for Europe & Middle East, ensuring accuracy and timely consolidation.
- Prepare and submit the monthly HR reporting package in coordination with local HR managers and retail teams.
- Support definition and administration of sales force incentive structures and oversee monthly incentive payouts.
- Provide people-administration support for assigned countries, including contracts drafting, disciplinary processes and timekeeping oversight.
- Collect and reconcile monthly data on new joiners, leavers and internal moves to maintain headcount accuracy.
- Maintain and regularly update the HR database with consolidated personal and role information (gender, date of birth, job title, etc.).
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and project support: surveys, calculation inputs, annual reports, commission and salary reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including payroll, compensation or HR reporting.
- Fluent English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical aptitude and numerical accuracy.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple countries and with retail teams.
- Prior exposure to people-administration tasks (contracts, disciplinary, timekeeping) is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR operations, payroll control, compensation & benefits or HR reporting, ideally within a retail or luxury environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a closely related discipline.
