1. Oversee recruitment activities and internal mobility, supporting line managers in candidate identification to meet departmental needs.
2. Manage temporary workforce and associated budget.
3. Implement and manage appraisal processes for assigned employees.
4. Assist line managers in organizational analysis and alignments with business strategy, contributing to organizational development.
5. Collaborate in managing employee relations with union representatives.
6. Participate in the definition of the annual HR budget, headcount, and cost analysis.
7. Communicate key HR processes, organizational changes, and plant initiatives to employees.
8. Ensure compliance with HR administration and labor regulations in collaboration with the Corporate HR Administration department.

1. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related field
2. 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within a high-performance environment

A minimum of 5 years in a similar HR role is required.
