1. Participate in the creative process, assisting in the development of creative inputs, including researching trends, and creating artwork and graphics on leather goods.
2. Contribute to the visual aesthetic and overall design of the collection by developing highly creative graphics and prints through hand-sketching and/or computer illustration.
3. Provide technical graphic design support, utilizing software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to refine artwork elements, create color variations, and produce digital placements and renderings.
4. Ensure that the designs are accurately represented and ready for production.
5. Actively engage with colleagues and participate in meetings related to the progress of activities related to the collection's development.

1. Master's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the prints or graphics fields.

1. Excellent hand illustration and visual composition skills, with a keen aesthetic sensibility.
2. Proficiency in using design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
3. Knowledge of materials and different printing processes, specifically on leather goods.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in spoken/written Italian and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in the prints or graphics fields.
