Fendi General Merchandising Manager

- Lead the team in studying and defining the product mix tailored to the Greater China market.
- Oversee the preparation of Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans and ensure optimal merchandise selection during seasonal buying sessions.
- Coordinate the dissemination of product information and order details to relevant departments including Business Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Retail.
- Prepare and maintain seasonal merchandise books.
- Initiate and coordinate reordering processes with the Supply Chain department.
- Propose and oversee remerchandising strategies during new product launches and season-end sales.
- Identify training needs and develop training materials for Women's and Men's product lines.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to align store displays with headquarters' guidelines and promotional schedules.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly product comment reports.
- Conduct sales and sell-through analyses, proposing action plans as necessary.
- Engage with headquarters on quality and after-sales service developments.
- Conduct market research on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Minimum 10 years of merchandising experience in the fashion retail industry, with a managerial background.
- University degree or higher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Flexibility in dealing with diverse cultures.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Windows, Word processing, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Italian and Cantonese is advantageous.
Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandising within the fashion retail sector, holding a managerial position.
University degree or higher.
