Fendi Finance Governance Internship

1. Support the project team in identifying and verifying the reliability of CSRD data points.
2. Assist in the preparation of operating guidelines and reporting packages for Fendi subsidiaries.
3. Collaborate with the team to review and validate data collected by various regions.
4. Support the Consolidation team during the external audit process.
5. Aid senior colleagues in managing the monthly closing process, including intercompany reconciliation and validation of reporting packages, while interacting with the global finance team.

1. Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
2. Previous experience in consolidation is advantageous.

1. Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI skills are a plus.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
4. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
5. Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Beginner level experience is required.
