1. Assist in the development and maintenance of financial forecasts for the business.
2. Track key variances, changes, and opportunities in actual results versus forecast.
3. Generate, maintain, and automate financial reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly packages for key stakeholders.
4. Support the FP&A Senior Manager in coordinating with local accounting teams and HQ functions to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements.
5. Participate in recurring budgeting and planning processes to ensure proper reporting and variance analysis.
6. Reconcile cash and credit card transactions for free-standing stores and Ecommerce.
7. Perform weekly reconciliation of sales for Leased Department Stores concessions.
8. Conduct monthly reconciliation of sales related to Farfetch in partnership with stores to validate and resolve discrepancies.
9. Handle claims for unreconciled distant returns credits for LDS.
10. Prepare and present monthly KPI sales audit reports.
11. Prepare cash reconciliations for retail stores and main accounts, including credit card receivables, cash in transit, customer deposits, and store credits.
12. Prepare monthly LDS Accounts Receivable reconciliation.

1. Availability to work Monday-Friday: 9-6pm.
2. Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. High levels of integrity and trust.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
7. Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry.
8. Knowledge of accounting and reporting systems software.
9. Analytical mindset, organization, and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
