- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial forecasts for the business.
- Track key variances, changes, and opportunities in actual results versus forecast.
- Generate, maintain, and automate financial reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly packages for key stakeholders.
- Support the FP&A Senior Manager in coordinating with local accounting teams and HQ functions to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements.
- Participate in recurring budgeting and planning processes to ensure proper reporting and variance analysis.
- Reconcile cash and credit card transactions for free-standing stores and Ecommerce.
- Perform weekly reconciliation of sales for Leased Department Stores concessions.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of sales related to Farfetch in partnership with stores to validate and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle claims for unreconciled distant returns credits for LDS.
- Prepare and present monthly KPI sales audit reports.
- Prepare cash reconciliations for retail stores and main accounts, including credit card receivables, cash in transit, customer deposits, and store credits.
- Prepare monthly LDS Accounts Receivable reconciliation.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday: 9-6pm.
- Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- High levels of integrity and trust.
