1. Support the preparation and coordination of budget and forecasts in compliance with Headquarters’ requirements under the guidance of the Business Planning Manager.
2. Assist in expense control and business monitoring through various information sources.
3. Prepare sales analysis, financial analysis, and profitability reports.
4. Drive competitor sales reporting on behalf of the brand.
5. Develop business analysis reports with the Business Planning Manager to aid management in performance measurement.
6. Prepare financial-related reports required by Headquarters.
7. Serve as the main point of contact for controlling tasks, including stock adjustments, PR stock monitoring, and discounts.

1. University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business. Financial qualifications are advantageous.
2. Compliance with VIE regulations.

1. Strong analytical and planning skills.
2. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
3. Fluent in English with a good command of Japanese.
4. International exposure with a flexible and independent personality.

Beginner level experience in finance or related fields.

University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business.
