Fendi Field Trainer

- Maintain a 70%-80% presence in stores to support retail teams with soft and technical skills, enhancing confidence and client engagement.
- Conduct real-time training needs analysis and provide immediate, actionable training activities through observation and interaction in a live retail environment.
- Deliver impactful on-the-spot coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to in-store teams and managers.
- Develop comprehensive and effective induction plans for new joiners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide sustained post-training support to reinforce learned behaviors and refine techniques.
- Collaborate with HR, Store Managers, and Retail Managers to nurture talent and provide tailored development opportunities.
- Plan, schedule, and execute training and coaching activities tailored to specific market and team needs.
- Develop and implement creative approaches to deliver engaging training programs, including customer journey training.
- Adapt training courses and materials to suit the cultural and market nuances of France, Switzerland, and the UK.
- Ensure the qualitative execution of daily briefings and recommend continuous improvements.
- Report on weekly activities, providing comprehensive feedback and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to sales performance, client satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to training department activities.
- Assist in monitoring the training budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- 5 years of in-store selling experience in fashion/luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship and teamwork abilities.
- Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Strong client service skills.
- Knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; Italian and French are a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of in-store selling experience in the fashion or luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
