1. Conduct regular training needs analysis for in-store staff.
2. Plan, schedule, and execute training and coaching activities tailored to specific needs.
3. Develop creative and innovative training program delivery methods.
4. Manage induction plans and activities for new employees.
5. Report weekly activities and provide field feedback to the Training Director and Retail Directors.
6. Collaborate with HR, Store Managers, and Retail Directors to identify top talent and advise on development opportunities.
7. Prepare and adapt training courses and workshop materials.
8. Evaluate and recommend improvements for training materials.
9. Track training and coaching history monthly and execute corrective actions as needed.
10. Provide logistical and administrative support for training department activities.
11. Monitor and manage the training budget.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training department or retail management role within an international environment.

1. Proficiency in training and coaching methodologies.
2. Ability to assess coaching and training skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC devices.
5. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
6. Willingness to travel.

Minimum of 3 years in a training department or retail management role within an international environment.
