Fendi Field Trainer

- Conduct regular training needs analysis for in-store staff.
- Plan, schedule, and execute training and coaching activities tailored to specific needs.
- Develop creative and innovative training program delivery methods.
- Manage induction plans and activities for new employees.
- Report weekly activities and provide field feedback to the Training Director and Retail Directors.
- Collaborate with HR, Store Managers, and Retail Directors to identify top talent and advise on development opportunities.
- Prepare and adapt training courses and workshop materials.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for training materials.
- Track training and coaching history monthly and execute corrective actions as needed.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for training department activities.
- Monitor and manage the training budget.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training department or retail management role within an international environment.
- Proficiency in training and coaching methodologies.
- Ability to assess coaching and training skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC devices.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel.
Minimum of 3 years in a training department or retail management role within an international environment.
