1. Develop and structure the fashion jewellery collection based on comprehensive market analysis and quantitative sales data.
2. Demonstrate profound knowledge of the luxury fashion market, focusing on the latest trends related to fashion jewellery.
3. Collaborate with design and product development teams to meticulously analyze and develop collections, ensuring accurate pricing and costing to meet markup targets.
4. Lead buying sessions, material development, and collection presentations.
5. Support Retail Merchandising on market strategies for collection launches and Visual Merchandising strategies.
6. Support the Sustainability team and Product Development in structuring new processes to decrease the environmental impact of the category.

1. Fashion or Economic degree
2. At least 4-5 years of experience within the fashion & luxury industry in similar roles
3. Proficient in Italian with excellent knowledge of English
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

1. Profound knowledge of the luxury fashion market
2. Strong analytical skills for market analysis and sales data interpretation
3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills
4. Goal-oriented with strong commitment to deadlines
5. Teamwork and a proactive 'can do' attitude

Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion and luxury industry, covering similar roles.

Fashion or Economic degree
