- Develop and implement a localized e-commerce strategy for Greater China, aligning with global brand standards.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance the omnichannel customer experience.
- Utilize digital performance data for business analysis, generating forecasts, and KPI reporting.
- Lead online product selection and assortment planning in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies through platforms like WeCom.
- Oversee pricing, inventory, order processing, and fulfillment operations.
- Serve as the key business contact for global e-commerce teams, providing market insights and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure premium online customer experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance performance advertising initiatives.
- Act as a key stakeholder in omnichannel initiatives, supporting client data integration and stock sharing.
- Partner with IT and Omnichannel Operations teams to oversee e-commerce functional development.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing, e-commerce, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, including DTC and third-party platforms.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce IT tools.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Minimum of 10 years in the luxury or fashion industry, with a focus on e-commerce.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing, e-commerce, or related disciplines.
