Fendi E-Commerce Manager

- Define and lead the E-Commerce strategy for the Middle East region, including cross-functional team leadership and collaboration.
- Develop the commercial calendar, digital strategies, and oversee website supervision.
- Manage sales forecasts for all Middle East E-Business activities.
- Propose, coordinate, and implement E-Commerce projects such as 'Ship from Store' and Net Promoter Score initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments including Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain, CRM, and Customer Service to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
- Monitor website performance, manage stock strategies, develop online client strategies, and implement anti-fraud measures.
- Define and implement E-Commerce launch strategies with regional teams.
- Monitor operations performance and collaborate with warehouse and store teams to ensure compliance with shipping policies and enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Team for business strategy application and service improvements, monitor Net Promoter Score, and implement feedback-based actions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury sales
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Akeneo, Sales Force, and Algolia
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- High level of organization, professionalism, and self-confidence
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the Fashion/Luxury industry
- Fluency in English
Minimum of 5 years in Fashion/Luxury sales.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
