Fendi E-Commerce Manager

- Define and lead the E-Commerce strategy for the Middle East zone, including cross-functional team leadership and collaboration.
- Develop the commercial calendar and digital strategies, and supervise website operations.
- Manage sales forecasts for all Middle East E-Business activities.
- Propose, coordinate, and implement E-Commerce projects within the zone.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain, CRM, and Customer Service to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
- Monitor website performance, manage stock strategies, develop online client strategies, and implement anti-fraud measures.
- Define and implement E-Commerce launch strategies with zone teams.
- Monitor operations performance, ensuring collaboration with warehouse and store to maximize compliance with shipping policy and enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Team for business strategy application and service improvements.
- Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and implement actions based on feedback.
- 3-5 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Akeneo, Salesforce, Algolia
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- High level of organization, professionalism, and self-confidence
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the Fashion/Luxury Industry
- Fluent in English
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
