Fendi E-commerce Manager

- Implement and launch a localized and optimized E-commerce business for Japan.
- Analyze Japan's E-commerce trends and metrics to enhance UX/UI shopping experiences.

- Identify and propose new e-business opportunities and innovative initiatives to the global team.
- Monitor daily orders and manage data on Salesforce Order Management (SOM).
- Understand the E-commerce consumer journey to implement local merchandising strategies.
- Manage all aspects of site merchandising from planning to restocking.
- Lead competitive onsite merchandising and product-related launches.
- Set and communicate E-commerce budgets and forecasts with global and local teams.
- Adopt an Omni-channel mindset to enhance cross-channel features.
- Align marketing strategies with communication teams to drive performance.
- Monitor performance and plan cross-functional actions to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and manage E-CRM activities in compliance with the CRM team.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury E-commerce.
- Proven people management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SOM) or similar OMS and Google Analytics (GA4).
- In-depth knowledge of web platforms and technology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive organizing, planning, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and E-commerce IT tools.
- Fluency in Japanese (native level) and English (fluent).
Minimum 8 years of working experience in luxury E-commerce, with a focus on people management and technology implementation.
