1. Support product go-live processes, including content checks, system settings, and ensuring platform readiness on a daily basis.
2. Maintain and update operational documents, trackers, and shared files to ensure the team has access to clear and current information.
3. Assist in executing operational tasks to ensure website excellence through constant checks.
4. Assist with troubleshooting and checks on online products, including settings, images, and descriptions, supporting HQ and Zones’ teams in all setting activities.
5. Support the Site Management and E-Merchandising teams during peak moments with a solution-oriented and hands-on approach.
6. Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
7. Participate in competitor benchmarking.

1. Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Fluent in Italian and English.

1. Passion for luxury and digital.
2. Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Skills in Salesforce and PowerBI are advantageous.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.
