1. Conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor sales, stock levels, and competitor benchmarks, providing actionable insights.
2. Manage product launches and site maintenance, ensuring timely updates and accuracy across the platform.
3. Oversee site operations management, enhancing user experience through search performance, commercial campaigns, and digital activations.
4. Assist in buying support during seasonal collection presentations.
5. Resolve e-commerce customer service cases in collaboration with the Customer Service Hub.
6. Support the CRM Department with deduplication analysis and the coordination of in-store activities and results.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
2. Strong interest in the fashion and luxury industry
3. Previous professional experience in a similar role is advantageous

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
2. Excellent analytical skills
3. Fluency in English
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Open-mindedness and a team-oriented attitude
