Fendi Distribution Control Manager

1. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial analysis of retail, wholesale, and license activities.
2. Ensure deadlines for month-end and year-end closing are met by distribution entities.
3. Monitor retail performance and profitability, proposing action plans to enhance financial KPIs.
4. Focus on cost variance and margin analysis.
5. Prepare and present results to company executives with comprehensive commentary.
6. Analyze P&L, inventory, margin, cash flow, and Capex.
7. Coordinate and manage budget preparation and financial forecasts.
8. Design and oversee execution of all forecast phases.
9. Support company executives in constructing budget presentations to LVMH.
10. Lead Capex requests for store and retail investments.
11. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
12. Propose and implement enhancements to existing analysis.
13. Identify cost optimization opportunities through retail performance KPIs analysis.
14. Participate in the Open To Buy process with Supply Chain and Merchandising.
15. Collaborate with IT departments to bring innovation in finance-related developments.
16. Serve as a business partner to department heads for understanding business processes.
17. Perform additional controller duties as necessary.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector.
2. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Proficiency in Power BI.
4. Experience with corporate ERP and reporting systems.
5. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
6. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
7. Knowledge of SAP.
8. Fluency in English; French is a plus.
9. Precision, strong commitment, and high energy.
10. Project management expertise.
11. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
