Fendi Distribution Control Manager

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial analysis of retail, wholesale, and license activities.
- Ensure deadlines for month-end and year-end closing are met by distribution entities.
- Monitor retail performance and profitability, proposing action plans to enhance financial KPIs.
- Focus on cost variance and margin analysis.
- Prepare and present results to company executives with comprehensive commentary.
- Analyze P&L, inventory, margin, cash flow, and Capex.
- Coordinate and manage budget preparation and financial forecasts.
- Design and oversee execution of all forecast phases.
- Support company executives in constructing budget presentations to LVMH.
- Lead Capex requests for store and retail investments.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- Propose and implement enhancements to existing analysis.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through retail performance KPIs analysis.
- Participate in the Open To Buy process with Supply Chain and Merchandising.
- Collaborate with IT departments to bring innovation in finance-related developments.
- Serve as a business partner to department heads for understanding business processes.
- Perform additional controller duties as necessary.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Experience with corporate ERP and reporting systems.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
