- Lead and mentor a team of Client Advisors to deliver the Fendi Client Journey.
- Set and manage individual and team goals, driving the achievement of sales targets.
- Identify and recruit talent, ensuring robust succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance business performance and product success.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering client relationships and driving sales.
