1. Lead and mentor a team of Client Advisors to deliver the Fendi Client Journey.
2. Set and manage individual and team goals, driving the achievement of sales targets.
3. Identify and recruit talent, ensuring robust succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Develop and implement action plans to enhance business performance and product success.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, fostering client relationships and driving sales.
6. Ensure compliance with Fendi's policies and procedures, managing inventory effectively.
7. Support visual merchandising strategies and maintain visual standards.
8. Provide consistent feedback and coaching to team members.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
9. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
