- Lead and mentor a team of Client Advisors to deliver the Fendi Client Journey.
- Set and manage individual and team goals, driving the achievement of sales targets.
- Identify and recruit talent, ensuring robust succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance business performance and product success.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering client relationships and driving sales.
- Ensure compliance with Fendi's policies and procedures, managing inventory effectively.
- Support visual merchandising strategies and maintain visual standards.
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching to team members.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
