1. Lead and mentor the team to ensure delivery of the Fendi Client Journey.
2. Set and assess individual and team sales goals and performance.
3. Identify and recruit talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Drive sales and support the team in building long-term client relationships.
5. Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team.
6. Act as a role model in sales and clienteling leadership.
7. Ensure policies and Fendi procedures are communicated and implemented.
8. Manage inventory and support staff planning to optimize sales and client experience.
9. Participate in visual merchandising and ensure visual maintenance.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
5. RTW experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The compensation for this position ranges from $72,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
