Fendi Department Manager, Women's

- Lead and mentor the team to ensure delivery of the Fendi Client Journey.
- Set and assess individual and team sales goals and performance.
- Identify and recruit talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Drive sales and support the team in building long-term client relationships.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team.
- Act as a role model in sales and clienteling leadership.
- Ensure policies and Fendi procedures are communicated and implemented.
- Manage inventory and support staff planning to optimize sales and client experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and ensure visual maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within the luxury retail sector, is required.
The compensation for this position ranges from $72,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
