Fendi Department Manager

- Lead and develop the department's business through comprehensive category understanding and stakeholder collaboration.
- Monitor and achieve departmental performance targets using relevant KPIs.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results.
- Establish category performance targets for the team and individual members, in coordination with the Store Manager.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
- Discuss individual performance monthly and provide coaching to team members.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
- Organize the team efficiently based on business needs and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct category-specific training for the team and execute the in-store training program.
- Utilize clienteling tools to achieve department and store business objectives.
- Provide sales leadership by delivering exceptional customer service and implementing clienteling initiatives.
- Maintain high customer service standards to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Improve Mystery Shopper results through targeted action plans.
- Implement CRM tools and develop customer loyalty within the specific product category.
- Ensure proper management, display, storage, and maintenance of merchandise by the team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrink in line with company standards.
- Report out-of-stock situations on best-selling items to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company guidelines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within Fashion/Luxury Sales.
- Master's Degree or equivalent academic qualification preferred.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles, financial KPIs, and business development strategies.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and ability to optimize product presentation to drive sales.
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Women's Ready-to-Wear and Fur category.
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within Fashion/Luxury Sales, with demonstrated experience in the relevant product category.
Master's Degree or equivalent academic qualification preferred.
