1. Lead and mentor a team to deliver the Fendi Client Journey, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
2. Set and assess individual and team goals, driving sales and performance.
3. Identify and recruit talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Develop and implement action plans to enhance business and product performance.
5. Act as a role model in sales and clienteling, supporting team efforts in client retention and cross-selling.
6. Ensure compliance with Fendi policies and procedures, managing inventory effectively.
7. Support visual merchandising strategies and participate in floor rotations with the VM team.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
5. RTW experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
