Fendi Department Manager

- Lead and develop the business of the department, cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and achieve department performance with relevant KPIs, analyzing business metrics and implementing action plans to improve results.
- Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Leverage clienteling tools to achieve department and store business goals, ensuring excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
- Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations and improve Mystery Shopper results through action plans.
- Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained by the team, maintaining inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance, optimizing display and proximity storage.
- Discuss individual performance monthly, coaching and motivating team members to meet objectives.
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs, delegating responsibilities and translating strategic goals into concrete actions.
- Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines set by the Store Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in fashion/luxury sales with exposure to the relevant category.
- Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
