1. Lead and develop the department's business by cultivating a strategic understanding and engaging with stakeholders.
2. Monitor and achieve department performance through relevant KPIs.
3. Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results.
4. Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
5. Leverage clienteling tools to achieve business goals and deliver excellent customer service.
6. Manage customer service quality and implement CRM tools to develop customer loyalty.
7. Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, and maintained.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
9. Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
10. Conduct monthly performance discussions and coach team members.
11. Motivate and organize the team to meet individual and store objectives.
12. Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines.

1. 7 years' experience in a supervisory role in fashion/luxury sales.
2. Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
3. Fluency in English; a third language is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the fashion or luxury sales sector, with exposure to the relevant category.

Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
