Fendi Department Manager

1. Lead and develop the department's business by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
2. Monitor and achieve department performance with relevant KPIs, analyzing business trends and implementing action plans to improve results.
3. Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Leverage clienteling tools to achieve department and store business goals, delivering excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
5. Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and improve Mystery Shopper results with action plans.
6. Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained by the team, maintaining inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
7. Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance, optimizing display and proximity storage.
8. Discuss individual performance monthly, coaching and motivating team members to meet their objectives.
9. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs, delegating responsibilities and translating strategic goals into concrete actions.
10. Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines set by the Store Manager.

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in fashion/luxury sales with exposure to the relevant category.
2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Fluency in English.
