1. Lead and develop the department's business through strategic understanding and stakeholder engagement.
2. Monitor and achieve departmental performance using relevant KPIs.
3. Analyze business performance and implement action plans to enhance results.
4. Set performance targets for the team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
5. Stay informed about competitors' activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
6. Utilize clienteling tools to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
7. Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed expectations.
8. Improve Mystery Shopper results through targeted action plans.
9. Implement CRM tools to develop customer loyalty.
10. Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
11. Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, and maintained.
12. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
13. Report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
14. Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
15. Conduct monthly performance discussions and coach team members.
16. Motivate the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
17. Organize the team efficiently and delegate responsibilities.
18. Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives.
19. Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines.

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
2. Fluency in English.
