- Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
- Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, and maintained.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
- Report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
- Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
- Conduct monthly performance discussions and coach team members.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
- Organize the team efficiently and delegate responsibilities.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives.
- Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Self-reliance, approachability, and patience.
- Confidence and organizational skills.
- Client focus with strong business acumen.
- Administrative and financial skills.
- Proficiency in computer and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within fashion/luxury sales, with exposure to relevant categories.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
