1. Lead and develop the department's business by cultivating a strategic understanding and engaging with relevant stakeholders.
2. Monitor and achieve department performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
5. Stay informed about competitors' activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
6. Utilize clienteling tools to meet department and store business goals.
7. Exhibit sales leadership by delivering exceptional customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
8. Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and improve Mystery Shopper results.
9. Implement CRM tools to develop a loyal customer base for specific product categories.
10. Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
11. Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, and maintained by the team.
12. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
13. Report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
14. Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company guidelines.
15. Align visual merchandising with sales performance.
16. Conduct monthly performance discussions and coach team members.
17. Motivate the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
18. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
19. Translate strategic goals into concrete actions and objectives.
20. Conduct category training for the team and execute in-store training routines.

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within fashion/luxury sales.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Fluency in English.
