1. Lead and mentor a team to deliver the Fendi Client Journey, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
2. Set and assess individual and team goals, driving sales targets and performance.
3. Recruit and develop talent, creating succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Foster a positive work environment and champion collaboration within the team.
5. Drive sales and client relationships within the department and across the store.
6. Implement action plans to enhance business and product performance.
7. Act as a role model in sales and clienteling, supporting team members in their sales efforts.
8. Manage inventory and ensure compliance with Fendi policies and procedures.
9. Support visual merchandising strategies and participate in floor rotations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
5. Ready-to-Wear (RTW) experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
