Fendi Department Manager

- Lead and mentor a team to deliver the Fendi Client Journey, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Set and assess individual and team goals, driving sales targets and performance.
- Recruit and develop talent, creating succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Foster a positive work environment and champion collaboration within the team.
