1. Lead and mentor a team of Client Advisors, ensuring the delivery of the Fendi Client Journey.
2. Set and assess individual and team goals, driving the achievement of sales targets.
3. Identify and recruit talent, developing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Implement Development Plans for high-potential talent.
5. Drive sales within the department and across the store, fostering long-term client relationships.
6. Establish a client-centric mentality in-store, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
7. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
8. Develop and implement action plans to enhance business and product performance.
9. Act as a role model in sales and clienteling, supporting team members in their sales efforts.
10. Ensure efficient sales floor management and client hosting.
11. Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with Fendi policies and procedures.
12. Support the Store Manager in staff planning to optimize sales and client experience.
13. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure strategic VM moves.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
