Fendi Department Manager

- Lead and mentor a team of Client Advisors, ensuring the delivery of the Fendi Client Journey.
- Set and assess individual and team goals, driving the achievement of sales targets.
- Identify and recruit talent, developing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Implement Development Plans for high-potential talent.
- Drive sales within the department and across the store, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Establish a client-centric mentality in-store, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance business and product performance.
- Act as a role model in sales and clienteling, supporting team members in their sales efforts.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and client hosting.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with Fendi policies and procedures.
- Support the Store Manager in staff planning to optimize sales and client experience.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure strategic VM moves.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent clienteling and sales abilities.
- Strategic thinking and business development acumen.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position within the luxury fashion sector is required.
