- Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for various time horizons.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Collaborate with Central Merchandising to understand and adjust demand forecast drivers for both Permanent and Cross Seasonal products.
- Utilize Demand Planning software (Anaplan) as the primary forecasting and sales simulation tool.
- Coordinate with the Sales Planning team to align bottom-up and top-down forecasts.
- Conduct Product Catalogue analysis to enhance stock efficiency and coverage.
- Manage worldwide inventory, optimizing product availability and coverage, and provide maximum store numbers by SKU and size grid by Zone.
- Ensure steady availability of permanent products by providing reorders, vectors, and priorities to Supply Planning teams.
- Support the team in monthly activities including S&OP, stock projection, stock tension, SC KPI, Coverage report, and wholesale orders optimization.
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Luxury or Fashion industry.
- Proficiency in supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of Demand Planning software such as Anaplan or SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerBI.
- Proficiency in analytics and forecasting methods.
- Fluency in English; French is advantageous.
- Flexibility and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration.
A minimum of 3 years in the luxury or fashion industry, with a focus on demand planning or supply chain management.
Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
