Fendi Demand and Distribution Planning Specialist

- Manage product allocation for accessories and shoes across all genders, focusing on new product launches and permanent/cross-season inventory management.
- Develop allocation plans and coordinate with merchandisers to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Set and adjust system inventory targets based on store capacity.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries with logistics in Rome and headquarters.
- Conduct weekly and seasonal inter-store inventory adjustments.
- Facilitate monthly inventory adjustments across regions including the USA, EU, China, and APAC, as directed by headquarters.
- Prepare weekly SKU sales and inventory reports and perform SKU sales analysis.
- Handle special allocations for pop-ups, pop-ins, external sales events, and special customer requests.
- Allocate inventory for new and renewed store openings, including system setup and store communication.
- Manage and support store inventory operational rules.
- Collaborate with merchandisers for monthly forecasting of permanent products and quarterly forecasting of carryover stock.
- Negotiate with headquarters for additional stock allocation during shortages or stock constraints.
- 3-5 years of experience in Demand and Distribution within the retail industry.
- Fluency in Japanese; basic proficiency in English for reading and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong interest in fashion.
- Process-oriented with excellent planning skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly with store teams.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
