Fendi Demand and Distribution Planning Specialist

- Manage product allocation for accessories and cross-gender shoes categories.
- Oversee product launch management and stock control for permanent and cross-seasonal carry-overs.
- Create allocation plans and align with merchandisers.
- Adjust system settings for target stock levels and control store stock based on capacity.
- Collaborate with logistics and headquarters in Rome for shipments and delivery.
- Conduct weekly stock re-balancing between stores and monthly re-balancing between zones.
- Generate and analyze weekly sales and stock reports by SKU.
- Handle special allocations for pop-ups, pop-ins, Gaisho outposts, VIC events, and customer requests.
- Manage allocations for new and renewal store openings, including system settings and store information.
- Support and manage stock operational rules for stores.
- Conduct monthly demand forecasting for permanent items and quarterly forecasting for carry-overs.
- Negotiate with headquarters for additional stock allocations during shortages.
- 3-5 years of demand and distribution experience in retail.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Basic written English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Interest in fashion.
- Structured and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with store teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience in demand and distribution planning within the retail sector.
