- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to address complex business challenges and optimize operational efficiency.
- Analyze large, diverse datasets using advanced statistical and AI techniques to identify key trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Work with customer and sales data to drive targeted business outcomes.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support informed decision-making processes.
- Measure the impact of strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns using appropriate metrics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data analysis projects.
- Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing data-driven insights.
- Manage relationships with data vendors to ensure data quality and adherence to SLAs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a data scientist role.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Python and R programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools, mainly Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail.
3-5 years of experience in a data scientist role, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven analysis and recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
