1. Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to address complex business challenges and optimize operational efficiency.
2. Analyze large, diverse datasets using advanced statistical and AI techniques to identify key trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
3. Work with customer and sales data to drive targeted business outcomes.
4. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support informed decision-making processes.
5. Measure the impact of strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns using appropriate metrics.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data analysis projects.
7. Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Participate in cross-functional projects, providing data-driven insights.
9. Manage relationships with data vendors to ensure data quality and adherence to SLAs.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a data scientist role.
3. Fluency in English and Italian.

1. Proficiency in Python and R programming languages.
2. Experience with data visualization tools, mainly Power BI.
3. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
4. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Critical thinking and attention to detail.

3-5 years of experience in a data scientist role, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven analysis and recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
