Fendi CRM Specialist

- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the client database, starting with data collection in-store.
- Train store teams on data collection methods and CRM data interpretation.
- Oversee annual CRM KPIs, including Data Collection, New Recruitment, and Retention Rate, and monitor monthly results to identify improvement areas.
- Conduct customer insights analysis to support business strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Design CRM reports summarizing key initiatives related to clienteling.
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns in alignment with global priorities, ensuring integration with local functions.
- Create innovative client journeys that enhance engagement and loyalty across online and offline channels.
- Promote CRM tool adoption and nurture a clienteling culture through training and collaboration with retail teams.
- Collaborate with store ambassadors to gather feedback and enhance CRM activities based on local market needs.
- Publish and support ad-hoc reporting on retail KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years of CRM or client development experience, or relevant retail business experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level.
- Native proficiency in Japanese; English proficiency is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in CRM or client development, or relevant retail business experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
