Responsibilities
- Maintain an updated and reliable client database starting from in-store data collection.
- Train store teams on data collection methods and CRM data understanding.
- Manage annual CRM KPIs such as Data Collection, New Recruitment, and Retention Rate.
- Monitor monthly CRM KPIs and collaborate with the Retail team to identify improvement areas.
- Analyze customer insights to support business strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns in alignment with global priorities.
- Create innovative client journeys connecting online and offline channels.
- Promote CRM tool adoption and nurture Clienteling culture through training.
- Collaborate with store Omni-Clienteling Ambassadors for feedback and CRM tool enhancement.
- Publish reports on retail KPIs and support ad-hoc retail activity reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of CRM or client development experience or relevant retail business experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
- Ability to work successfully with multiple business functions and influence stakeholders.
- Advanced level of MS Excel.
- Native level in Japanese.
- English speaking is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of CRM or client development experience or relevant experience in the retail business.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
