1. Support the global CRM strategy by providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
2. Develop and maintain all recurring performance reports, ensuring the integrity of client data to provide a 'single source of truth' for the organization.
3. Manage and execute one-to-one CRM campaigns, liaising with regional and corporate teams to deliver tailored and effective campaigns.
4. Coordinate one-to-many communication activities such as newsletter development and calendar monitoring, in collaboration with regional and HQ teams and with external vendors.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate featured assets and content, and define and implement advanced segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
6. Promote sustainable practices within CRM initiatives, focusing on reducing environmental impact and fostering long-term customer relationships through responsible engagement strategies.
7. Ensure operational excellence across the seven regional teams, distributing key KPIs and best practices to harmonize the global CRM approach.
8. Partner with multiple stakeholders to support the CRM Manager with the coordination of CRM roadmap projects, focusing on clienteling tools development and enhancement.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced data analysis tools.
3. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to organize multiple tasks, projects, and information simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Fluency in English and Italian.
7. Strong initiative, creative thinking, and attention to detail.

At least 5 years of experience within CRM functions in the luxury or fashion industry. Experience in top-tier consulting firms is a strong plus.
