1. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the CRM database, including client reassignment and profile deduplication.
2. Conduct data mining, KPI tracking, strategic analysis, and reporting.
3. Create and manage target lists for direct marketing activities and in-store events.
4. Support customer care requests efficiently.
5. Assist in cost control and budgeting activities.
6. Facilitate CRM training sessions for new employees.
7. Implement and monitor marketing activities in alignment with the 360 marketing plan.
8. Support logistical and operational activities for direct marketing initiatives.
9. Coordinate between retail, merchandising, and communication teams to formalize event plans.
10. Manage calendars and report results for in-store activations.

1. University degree in Business or Economics

1. Advanced analytical skills
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
3. Fluency in English
4. Clienteling mindset

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
