- Support the implementation of daily improvements based on feedback from various zones.
- Assist in developing reporting capabilities using Heaven and Power BI for zones, CRM, and stores.
- Monitor project results and apply corrective actions if Client Advisors' commitments are unmet.
- Collaborate on refreshing client lists every three months based on results and feedback.
- Support in reporting results to top management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- Fluency in English
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Programming skills (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and innovative mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork orientation
- Detail-oriented and result-driven
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for recent graduates or those new to the field.
Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
