Fendi CRM Intern

- Assist in the preparation of client segmentation and reporting files.
- Ensure data accuracy and relevance through strong analytical skills.
- Participate in innovation-driven CRM projects aimed at enhancing client experience and advisor engagement.
- Collaborate with CRM stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights for internal teams.
- Support the organization and accuracy of the Fendi Americas client database through data validation and cleanup.
- Assist in creating CRM performance reports by store and Client Advisor.
- Support segmentation and analysis initiatives using Excel or similar tools.
- Handle ad-hoc analytical requests from CRM and store teams.
- Demonstrate curiosity about data's role in client strategy, retail performance, and marketing initiatives.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9-6pm.
- Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
