- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the database, including client reassignment and profile deduplication.
- Conduct data mining, KPI tracking, strategic analysis, and reporting.
- Create and control target lists for direct marketing activities and in-store events.
- Support customer care requests.
- Assist with cost control and budgeting activities.
- Provide dedicated CRM training sessions for new joiners.
- Implement and monitor marketing activities in alignment with the 360-marketing plan for the region.
- Support logistical and operational activities for direct marketing.
- Facilitate coordination between retail, merchandising, and communication through event plan formalization.
- University Degree in Business or Economics.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clienteling mindset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
