- Maintain a clean and reliable database, manage client reassignment, and deduplicate profiles.
- Conduct data mining, KPI tracking, strategic analysis, and reporting.
- Create and control target lists for direct marketing activities and in-store events.
- Support customer care requests.
- Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.
- Conduct CRM training sessions for new employees.
- Implement and monitor marketing activities in alignment with the 360-marketing plan.
- Support logistical and operational activities for direct marketing.
- Facilitate coordination between retail, merchandising, and communication through event planning.
- University Degree in Business or Economics.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
- Clienteling mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with previous experience in a similar role considered advantageous.
