1. Maintain a clean and reliable database, manage client reassignment, and deduplicate profiles.
2. Conduct data mining, KPI tracking, strategic analysis, and reporting.
3. Create and control target lists for direct marketing activities and in-store events.
4. Support customer care requests.
5. Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.
6. Conduct CRM training sessions for new employees.
7. Implement and monitor marketing activities in alignment with the 360-marketing plan.
8. Support logistical and operational activities for direct marketing.
9. Facilitate coordination between retail, merchandising, and communication through event planning.

1. University Degree in Business or Economics.

2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Clienteling mindset.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with previous experience in a similar role considered advantageous.
