Fendi CRM Director

- Oversee the development and execution of CRM campaigns and programs across customer lifecycle and channels.
- Leverage data and innovation to enhance client experience and achieve recruitment, retention, and clienteling KPIs.
- Manage customer data integrity and usability, including deduplication and reassignment processes.
- Track database performance using Salesforce and Power BI, managing CRM Specialist for effective reporting.
- Identify business opportunities to increase client value and drive proactive clienteling efforts.
- Lead monthly CRM strategy process in collaboration with various departments.
- Develop and supervise campaign calendar performance, defining targeted audiences and communication assets.
- Create and deliver presentations and training materials for strategic and retail team engagement.
- Lead training on CRM tools and programs, monitoring usage and capturing feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional retail teams to mentor and develop underperforming store teams.
- Partner with Omnichannel team to innovate and develop new concepts enhancing brand and business.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in CRM and analytics, preferably in luxury retail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Deep understanding of CRM, clienteling, and omnichannel needs in luxury retail.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI software (Excel macros, Power BI, Power Query, SQL).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lead complex campaign calendars and adapt to changing priorities.
- Curiosity and proven track record of client experience innovations.
- Awareness of market trends and competition.
- Flexible availability for some nights and weekends.
Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM and analytics, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
The compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 annually, with a bonus opportunity.
