- Oversee the development and execution of CRM campaigns and programs across customer lifecycle stages and channels.
- Leverage data and innovation to enhance client experience and achieve recruitment, retention, and clienteling KPIs.
- Manage customer data integrity and usability, including client deduplications and reassignments.
- Track database performance using Salesforce and Power BI, managing CRM specialists for effective reporting.
- Identify business opportunities to increase client value and drive proactive clienteling efforts.
- Lead monthly CRM strategy processes in collaboration with various departments.
- Supervise campaign calendar performance and launch targeted audiences and communication assets.
- Develop presentations and training materials for retail teams, simplifying complex analyses into actionable insights.
- Lead training on CRM tools and programs to enhance client engagement and sales.
- Partner with regional retail teams to mentor and develop underperforming store teams.
- Collaborate with Omnichannel and CRM headquarters on clienteling applications and campaign calendars.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in omnichannel projects, championing new technologies and concepts.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in CRM and analytics, preferably in luxury retail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Deep understanding of CRM, clienteling, and omnichannel needs in luxury retail.
- Process-oriented with ability to turn data into insights and lead cross-functional execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex campaign calendars.
- Highly analytical and proficient in BI software such as Excel macros, Power BI, Power Query, and SQL.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills with flexibility for some nights and weekends.
- Foreign language skills, particularly Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese, are a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM and analytics, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
The compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 annually, with a bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
