1. Manage outbound merchandise movement through shipment organization and preparation of necessary documentation (delivery notes, invoices, customs documentation).
2. Monitor shipments and merchandise returns.
3. Address and resolve transportation anomalies and issues.
4. Logically and physically manage logistical requests from various company departments.
5. Plan, prepare, and execute warehouse inventories.
6. Analyze and define new implementations for warehouse management software.
7. Archive documentation with a focus on digital prioritization to reduce corporate impact sustainably.

1. Previous experience in inbound/outbound logistics processes.
2. Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
3. Knowledge of specific logistics management software.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Good command of the English language.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. High flexibility and dynamism.
8. Discretion, confidentiality, and reliability.
9. Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.
10. Knowledge of transport regulations and customs legislation is a plus.
