1. Oversee group reporting, including sales reporting, monthly IFRS reporting, and variance analysis.
2. Conduct margin analysis and stock monitoring.
3. Manage budget and planning processes, liaising with department heads and preparing budget presentations.
4. Prepare business plans for store opening approvals and monitor CAPEX.
5. Control costs and perform variance analysis.
6. Monitor store sales transactions.
7. Support the General Manager and commercial team through performance indicator analysis and business reviews.
8. Assist business functions in cost monitoring and budget management.
9. Collaborate with stores to enhance compliance and performance.
10. Provide weekly performance analysis by country, store, and product line.
11. Ensure proper procedures and controls are in place to comply with the Group’s internal control standards.
12. Support the Retail Network in compliance with internal control standards, developing IT instruments and updating procedures.

1. Graduate in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proactive attitude.
3. Fluency in English.

At least 3-5 years in a similar position within an international environment, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry.
