1. Manage group reporting including sales reporting, monthly IFRS reporting, and variance analysis.
2. Conduct margin analysis and stock monitoring.
3. Oversee management control processes such as budget and planning, CAPEX monitoring, and cost control.
4. Support the General Manager and commercial team with performance analysis and business reviews.
5. Ensure compliance with internal control standards and develop IT instruments to support these standards.
6. Collaborate with stores to enhance compliance and performance.
7. Provide weekly performance analysis by country, store, and product line.

1. Graduate degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proactive attitude.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry.
