- Collaborate with the PR Specialist on daily press activities to secure product placements across relevant titles.
- Manage the organization of the PR closet and showroom.
- Assist in tracking press samples on loan using Fashion GPS.
- Communicate with global Communications teams to ensure timely and accurate sample deliveries.
- Coordinate samples for international shoots in New York.
- Handle logistics paperwork, shipments, and messenger arrangements with the PR Specialist.
- Check in sample returns from photo shoots and celebrity fittings.
- Support the PR Director in inventorying samples seasonally and tracking new inventory.
- Track press placements and create recaps for headquarters.
- Assist with celebrity dressing pulls and special projects.
- Availability to work in the New York office Monday-Friday, 9-6pm.
- Bachelor's degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry.
- Knowledge of Fashion GPS is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Beginner level experience, ideally with a background in communications or a related field.
