Fendi Communications Intern

1. Collaborate with the PR Specialist on daily press activities to secure product placements across relevant titles.
2. Manage the organization of the PR closet and showroom.
3. Assist in tracking press samples on loan using Fashion GPS.
4. Communicate with global Communications teams to ensure timely and accurate sample deliveries.
5. Coordinate samples for international shoots in New York.
6. Handle logistics paperwork, shipments, and messenger arrangements with the PR Specialist.
7. Check in sample returns from photo shoots and celebrity fittings.
8. Support the PR Director in inventorying samples seasonally and tracking new inventory.
9. Track press placements and create recaps for headquarters.
10. Assist with celebrity dressing pulls and special projects.

1. Availability to work in the New York office Monday-Friday, 9-6pm.
2. Bachelor's degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
6. Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry.
7. Knowledge of Fashion GPS is a plus.
